Exp. Dr. Osman Cem TÜREL? was born in 1959 in Kastamonu. He completed his medical education in 9 Eylül University Medical School in 1983. After medical educationHe completed his compulsory service in Konya Health Directorate until 1986 and completed his compulsory service. In the same year, he worked at Bursa Hydroclimatology (hot spring) Military Hospital and served as Assistant Chief Physician at Selçuk University. After working as an assistant professor at Adnan Menderes University, he worked at Konya Training and Research Hospital and retired in 2009; Since 2009, he has worked in various private hospitals. Since December 2017, it has  been serving at the Nobel Medical Center. He is married and has a child. Dr. Osman Cem TÜREL? is fluent in English.
